All of our candidates are put through a panel interview with one of our elite hourly consultants before you ever see their C.V. We are looking to catch only the best through a combination of domain knowledge and attitude.

We work with IKM, a global testing company with over 250 standard tests that cover most aspects of IT and we will work with you to construct a bespoke test that reflects the technologies you actually use.

It will also enable you to spend less time managing your under-performers and focus more time on those who will truly drive your business forward. Thomas PPA takes only 8 minutes to complete. You are then provided with an initial profile detailing a person’s strengths and limitations, their communication style, their value to the business, what motivates them, their basic fears and how they behave under pressure.
